Delivered course to forty participants over a three-week period. Albian Sands Energy - Shell, Chevron, Fort McMurray AB Designed a customized train-the-trainer course for mine machinery operators. The course focused primarily on communication skills and mentoring and was delivered to seventy-six participants. General Motors - Oshawa Pickup Truck Assembly Plant Designed and delivered the pilot of a customized course in electrical system troubleshooting for plant electricians. Tolko Manitoba Kraft Papers Delivered a customized two-day hydraulics troubleshooting course for mill tradespeople. Correctional Services Canada Designed and delivered a customized five day training program in digital electronics troubleshooting. General Motors - Oshawa Pickup Truck Assembly Plant Designed and delivered a customized three day upgrading training course in hydraulics/pneumatics/mechatronics troubleshooting. (80 participants over three months) Eurocan Pulp & Paper - Kitimat BC. Needs analysis, course design, instruction, project management for workplace flexibility (multi-craft) project for tradesmen and plant operators (approx. 400 participants - 8 months). Courses in lubrication/bearing care, rigging, benchwork/millwright skills, pipefitting skills, instrumentation, machining, hydraulics. Managed five instructors and reported directly to mill management. Domtar - Vancouver Two week train-the-trainer program for quality control personnel (paper quality) and customer service reps (math for estimators). Course included, needs analysis, technical curriculum design, development of teaching guides and student projects and manuals, presentation/communication skills, program evaluation. Nestle Foods - Toronto Two week train-the-trainer program for machine operations trainers, PLC troubleshooting trainers, product quality trainers. Course included, needs analysis, technical curriculum design, development of teaching guides and student projects and manuals, presentation skills, program evaluation. Norske Canada - Port Alberni BC. Designed and delivered one week training program on hydraulic system maintenance and troubleshooting.
