What do we Believe?

Mentorship and apprenticeship are powerful models for teaching and learning.

The most important skill anyone can acquire is the ability to teach oneself.

Training has to be engaging and rigorous to be of value.

Quality training experiences should always teach, above all, the powerful skill combination of conceiving, theorizing and executing a solution to a problem.

Courses and learning experiences should be customized to accommodate the
learning styles of the participants.

Training should be designed in alignment with specific business objectives.

Workers generally want to make a meaningful contribution to a project or goal with a
clearly stated purpose.

It is important to create an atmosphere in work teams where everyone is encouraged to contribute from the best of their skills and talents.

A true learner is always willing to challenge his or her own perceptions and attitudes.
