This course is designed to familiarize plant technicians with the functions, architecture and software in use in the ControlLogix PLC platform. Participants will learn basic skills to comfortably interact with the programming software, and to communicate with the PLC processor.

Unique features of this systems such as the tagged system of memory addressing will be explained. Participants will learn to use the built in search, monitoring and diagnostic features of the software. Setting and modifications to instructions such as timers counters will also be covered.
